By using our services, clients agree to these terms.

Our services may evolve over time as our business and offerings develop.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate onboarding information
  • Maintaining secure access credentials for any connected platforms
  • Providing the necessary materials required to deliver services
  • Ensuring lawful use of our services
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable use

Clients must not use GramLoyal services to:

  • Break any laws or regulations
  • Distribute malicious software or harmful content
  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts
  • Abuse infrastructure or hosted services
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Engage in spam, fraudulent or illegal marketing activities

GramLoyal reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where misuse is identified.

Data ownership

Client-owned content, branding, marketing assets and business information remain the property of the client at all times.

Where GramLoyal hosts, processes or stores client data in order to deliver services, it acts solely as a service provider on behalf of the client.

Clients may request copies of their data where reasonably applicable.

Service availability

GramLoyal uses secure cloud infrastructure and trusted third-party providers to deliver its services.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Scheduled maintenance, software updates and emergency work may occasionally affect service availability.

Billing & cancellation

Monthly agreements

May be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

Fixed-term agreements

May be cancelled in accordance with the agreed contract terms.

Any outstanding balances remain payable.

Support

Support is provided according to the client’s agreed service package.

Support requests should be submitted through the agreed communication channels.

Response times may vary depending on the service level and issue priority.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unitas Global Ltd, trading as GramLoyal, shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Data loss caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control

Changes to the service

GramLoyal may:

  • Improve existing services
  • Introduce new features
  • Update platforms and integrations
  • Retire outdated or unsupported functionality

Reasonable notice will be provided where practical.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
